All data stored in FacilityLane is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data in transit is protected using TLS 1.3 with modern cipher suites. Database backups are also encrypted to ensure end-to-end protection.
Access Management
We implement the principle of least privilege across our organization. Employee access to customer data is strictly controlled and logged. All access requires multi-factor authentication, and sessions are automatically terminated after periods of inactivity.
